It's just a idea for now. It gives National Guard more RP. The faction could be known ass the Red County Anti-Americans or something. I DONT want to be leader as I am NG Leader. I would be more then happy to help script it. Example Rank names:
Rank 1- Recruit
Rank 2- Suicide Bomber
Rank 3- Assualt Specialist
Rank 4- Marksmen
Rank 5- Terrorist Specialist
Rank 6- Terrorist Leader

/Commands:
/nuke (Good RP; Rank 4-6 ONLY, avoid abusing)
/chain (Basicly tieing someone up on foot. Think of /cuff)
/knockout (Think /tazer)
/POW (Think /arrest; Jails
